IFUA Horváth & Partners needed an independent solution running parallel to the banking infrastructure to accurately measure the bank clerks’ effectiveness. To meet this requirement, we developed a general measurement system supporting the time-based measurement tasks based on various dimensions and metrics.
We have created a system that allows you to assign different metrics to each task. Our primary goal was to provide managers with quantified data on the efficiency of banking processes by using an independent system, thereby facilitating accurate assessment of the performance of teams and bank employees.
The platform itself was designed to be easily used for planning and implementing measurement projects in any industry.

The biggest challenge was scarce resources during the creation process, which resulted in creative and yet very easy-to-use solutions on both the user and administrative sides.
Thanks to the solution we have delivered, employee performance monitoring is possible in such environments where strict infrastructure restrictions would not allow it (e.g. in the banking environment.) In addition, we paid special attention to the fact that it does not take more than a few seconds on the employee side to record a measurement, thus ensuring that the measurement does not affect the daily work.
