The client and the industry

The client was a long-established wholesale company dealing with the installation and distribution of video recording devices. One of the main challenges in the industry was the integration of increasingly intelligent camera systems that can generate real-time analytics and alerts.

The security system’s and the NVR’s goal

Previously, the client distributed traditional video recording solutions that were only capable of transmitting and storing camera streams and did not include advanced motion detection or facial recognition features. The client’s goal was to create an intelligent NVR security system, which – in addition to classic NVR features – can also provide intelligent solutions such as motion detection, facial recognition, and minimizing false alarms.

The NVR system’s solution and results

As a result of the Aensys’s project, the client received a modern, intelligent video recording and safety product that provides more accurate, faster and more efficient surveillance for the customers. The security system can recognize human movements and eliminate false alarms (e.g. moving trees, distortions caused by rain) and it can even recognize and identify people on the screen, if necessary. The NVR system can also run on a general server architecture, eliminating the need for custom hardware.
